We are excited to announce several new pieces of technology that are available for checkout!
Dell Chromebooks: A Chromebook is a laptop that runs on the Google Chrome Operating System. Chromebooks use Google's Chrome web browser and Google’s wide variety of cloud based apps such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and more. Chromebooks can be checked out for 7 days with no renewals.
WiFi Mobile Hotspots: Hotspots are mobile devices that provide the user with high-speed Wi-Fi internet access by connecting to nearby cell towers. Connect up to 10 devices to the hotspot. Mobile Hotspots can be checked out for 14 days and may be renewed once.
Hotspots funded by the American American Rescue Plan Act grant administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
Blu-Ray/DVD Player: The Blu-Ray and DVD player comes with everything you need to connect to your TV and enjoy both types of formats at home: HDMI cables, A/V cables, a remote (with batteries!), and a user’s manual. The Blu-Ray/DVD player can be checked out for 7 days and may be renewed once.
