Yoga on the Common (3-part Series)

Join Kassia for a morning yoga series on the Barre common! Kassia aims to provide students with not only a fun flow of postures, but a full-body experience. Inviting you to take part in a class that not only allows you to unwind and decompress from daily stressors, but to bring you deeper within yourself. Kassia enjoys a class that combines a blend of strength and power with stillness and relaxation.

These sessions will be held on Saturday, July 17, July 31, and August 14. We ask that participants make an effort to attend all three classes, but it is not mandatory.
