We are excited to announce that we are now offering color printing and fax services at the library! We receive many calls (sometimes several per week!) from residents asking if they can fax out documents. Now we can! The cost for faxing is $1 per page, with a max of $10 — so a single fax job will never cost more than that. We also now have color printing available for $.50 per page and black and white printing is now $.25 per page.

All of these services can be done at the copier on the main floor near the circulation desk.

We thank you for your patience as we fixed the burst pipe in the Children’s area. The lower level is reopening as of tomorrow, January 25! Stop by and see our new items on display, see some new toys and play with some old favorites!

Due to the quickly-rising number of COVID cases in Barre and in Massachusetts, we are suspending our programming and have removed the toys from the Children’s Room for the month of February.

We have a brand new bin in our book drop -- one that will protect items as they fall in! Starting today, June 3, the book drop will remain open during all hours for returns!

The 2020 IRS Form 1040/1040-SR and MA Form 1 are now available! The IRS booklet also includes Schedules 1-3 and LEP.

You can pick up copies during our service hours without an appointment.
